Attorney James "Jim" R. Stearns is a retired Circuit Court Judge who served Pinellas and Pasco Counties for over a decade, including four years overseeing probate and guardianship matters in Pasco County. A former public defender and longtime private practitioner, Jim brings a wealth of courtroom and estate planning experience to his role at the firm.

Attorney Richard C. Williams, Jr. is board-certified in wills, trusts, and estates by the Florida Bar. A graduate of Columbia Law School, Richard has practiced law in downtown New Port Richey for nearly 40 years. Currently “of counsel” to the firm, Richard also accepts new mediation clients.

Attorney Ryan Doddridge specializes in estate planning and post-death administration and serves as a professional fiduciary. A past president of the West Pasco Bar Association, Ryan offers a tailored, hands-on approach to meet each client’s unique needs with personalized attention.

Attorney Spencer Whittaker focuses on estate planning, real estate, business planning, and Medicaid qualification. Spencer joined Williams & Doddridge PA in January 2023, shortly after being sworn into the Florida Bar. He currently serves as Secretary for the West Pasco Bar Association.

Attorney Richard A. Venditti has been a member of the Florida bar since 1979 and has served the area of Tarpon Springs for nearly four decades. Currently “of counsel” to the firm, Attorney Venditti has joined Stearns, Williams & Doddridge, PA as he finalizes his retirement.
